Charlie’s career in quality and customer experience started when he worked as a pizza shop manager and a coffee roaster in the 90’s. In 2000 his interest in quality turned from the culinary arts to software when he started working in development and release at Synergis Software. Charlie has served as tester, helpdesk technician, customer advocate, documentation writer, and manager. He has managed the quality and testing of seven plus major releases of Adept and many more smaller releases.

An avid body motion and personal growth enthusiast, Charlie regularly attends weekend experiences and workshops.
